Percona, a remote-first leader in open source database solutions, is seeking a Senior Vice President of Global Services. You will own global delivery, strategic planning, and P&L across Support, Managed Services, and Professional Services, guiding teams worldwide and collaborating with Product and Engineering to stay ahead of market trends.

As a member of the executive leadership team, you will shape service strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure exceptional customer experiences

Formación

• 15+ years leading global delivery organizations in software/technology.
• Strong command of open source database technologies.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects with high client satisfaction.
• Experience managing P&L and allocating resources.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Global Services division (Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Delivery Operations).
• Own end-to-end service delivery quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Set strategic direction for Global Services aligned with company objectives and market dynamics.
• Champion an AI-first approach to operation and service delivery, using automation to scale.
• Develop KPIs for service delivery and customer satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
• Capture and reuse knowledge across Global Services to avoid silos.
• Maintain Percona's reputation as experts in open source database technologies.
• Stay close to key customers and translate needs into service delivery.
