Location : Tier-1 Spain cities – Remote

About the Role

We’re seeking part-time collaborators to energize local ecosystems, host meaningful events, and nurture emerging communities around sustainable innovation. This role combines creativity, people skills, and community thinking. Responsibilities include organizing gatherings, connecting with local changemakers, and amplifying inspiring stories to translate shared purpose into momentum. Many collaborators start by immersing themselves in our culture, tools, and community practices, especially through our programs at IGS – the Impact Generator School.

What You’ll Do

1. Spark and support vibrant, mission-aligned communities
2. Organize and promote local or virtual events
3. Connect with community partners, speakers, and creative leaders
4. Share stories, insights, and outcomes from your network
5. Support collective learning and engagement strategies

Who You Are

• A natural connector — energized by collaboration
• Have built or contributed to a community — or eager to try
• Driven by purpose, not just positions
• Comfortable with tools like Zoom, Slack, Canva, and social media
• Fluent in English, and ideally another language
• Curious, adaptive, and action-oriented

Compensation & Time

5 to 10 hours per week. Compensation is project-based and experience-aligned. Engagement in high-impact projects evolves as your contributions deepen. This role is flexible, with opportunities for long-term collaboration based on shared purpose and impact.
