About the Role

We’re seeking part-time collaborators to energize local ecosystems, host meaningful events, and nurture emerging communities around sustainable innovation. This role combines creativity, people skills, and community thinking. Responsibilities include organizing gatherings, connecting with changemakers, and sharing inspiring stories. Many collaborators start by immersing themselves in our culture and tools, especially through our Impact Generator School (IGS), fostering long-term collaboration. We value openness to learn, adapt, and grow together.

What You’ll Do

• Spark and support vibrant, mission-aligned communities
• Organize and promote local or virtual events
• Connect with community partners, speakers, and leaders
• Share stories, insights, and outcomes from your network
• Support collective learning and engagement strategies

Who You Are

• A natural connector energized by collaboration
• You’ve built or contributed to a community or are eager to try
• You’re driven by purpose, not just positions
• Comfortable with Zoom, Slack, Canva, and social media
• Fluent in English, and ideally another language
• Curious, adaptive, and action-oriented

Compensation & Time

5 to 10 hours per week. Compensation is project-based and experience-aligned, evolving as your contributions deepen. This is a flexible, evolving journey, not just a typical part-time job.
