Job description

As Sustainability Specialist – Environment , you will provide both technical and strategic expertise on environmental topics, supporting internal initiatives and contributing to client projects. You will generate and analyse environmental data, develop climate action plans, and support managers in scoping needs and formalizing proposals. This role combines analytical rigor, consulting posture, and operational awareness.

Your missions

Conduct and document environmental assessments (e.g. Carbon Footprint Assessment, Carbon Brainprint)

Develop internal and external decarbonization action plans (Scopes 1, 2, 3)

Write strategic recommendations on climate resilience : adaptation, sobriety, neutralization

Act as a technical reference for standards such as ISO 14001 / 50001 and regulations around energy, water, biodiversity

Monitor environmental regulations and frameworks (SBTi, CSRD, LEAP, carbon neutrality, taxonomy, etc.)

Support project teams and managers in drafting environmental deliverables and technical proposals

Participate in recruiting technical profiles to execute environmental projects

Contribute to internal and external environmental audits

Your profile

Experience with carbon accounting and decarbonization strategy

Knowledge of biodiversity, water, energy topics and relevant environmental regulations

Experience in environmental standards and reporting methodologies (ISO, GHG Protocol, SBTi, CDP, etc.)

Strong analytical and documentation skills, and ability to formalize complex information

Academic background : Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field

Fluent French and English

You are curious, structured, and able to translate technical topics for non-specialist stakeholders
