Sustainability Product Manager

The Sustainability Product Manager is responsible for leading and managing the development of collections that promote sustainability, aligning the company\'s vision and values with responsible and ethical practices in fashion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for the creation of sustainable collections, ensuring compliance with the company\'s sustainability standards.
  • Collaborate with design, production and purchasing teams to integrate sustainable practices at each stage of the product development process.
  • Research and propose innovative materials and processes that minimize environmental impact.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sustainable collections, providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvements.
  • Promote an inclusive and diverse work culture where the creativity and innovation of all employees is valued.
  • Strong commitment to work ethic and dedication to company values.
Qualifications
  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability practices and their application in the fashion industry.
  • Leadership and management capacity of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail and quality orientation.
Requirements
  • Minimum experience of 3-5 years in roles related to the management of fashion and sustainability collections.
  • Degree in Fashion Design, Sustainability Management, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of sustainability regulations and certifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
