La Fundació per a la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya busca un técnico de apoyo para el proyecto UOC Rural Digital, que promueve la formación digital en áreas con prioridad demográfica. El candidato ideal tiene una titulación universitaria, experiencia en organizaciones rurales y habilidades de comunicación en catalán y español. Este puesto, a jornada parcial, combina trabajo presencial y teletrabajo, y busca ofrecer recursos para mejorar la colaboración con diferentes entidades.

Formación

Offer Description

We are seeking to recruit a support technician for the UOC Rural Digital project of the In-Company group.

The aim of the project is to promote digital training in demographic priority areas defined as nuclei of up to 5,000 inhabitants, especially targeting the groups for which a specific demographic perspective is required: the elderly, women, children and young people and the unemployed.

Responsibilities

• To make operational the collaboration of the entities and institutions that will be involved in the promotion of UOC Rural Digital.
• Collect and systematise the information from each entity and their collaboration.
• Prepare and send to each entity the necessary resources for the collaboration (emails, texts, images...).
• Agreeing and specifying specific collaboration texts.
• Manage collaboration agreements.
• Develop specific promotion plans with the entities that participate more intensively.
• Schedule and organise information sessions, both face-to-face and online.
• Systematically collect feedback on all actions.
• Propose improvements.

A temporary employment contract will be made until 31 December 2025, part-time of 71.43% with an expected incorporation in July.

The reference headquarters will be located at 22@, Rambla del Poblenou, 156, in Barcelona. However, at the UOC we work with an open work model that combines teleworking with face-to-face work, depending on organisational needs and the nature of the tasks.

What kind of profile are we looking for?

• University degree in fields such as Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Humanities, Economics or Law.
• Two years' experience in rural organisations.
• Good writing skills for written communications, publications and networks.
• Analytical capacity to manage project monitoring information.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and agree details with collaborating entities and institutions.
• Knowledge of office automation tools.
• Knowledge of spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of editing and publishing content.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Catalan and Spanish.

• Knowledge of the UOC's educational model, structure, systems and processes.
