We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
  2. Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, and cooperate with the product team to promote product optimization.
  3. Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in critical systems.
  4. Maintain system stability by providing solutions and support for system health and performance.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  2. Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with familiarity in optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
  4. Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
  5. Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, CDN, SLB, and related products.
  6. Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
  7. Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  8. Availability for on-call duty during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
