We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including daily troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
  2. Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
  3. Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in their critical systems, and provide solutions to maintain system stability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, familiar with optimizing cloud-based architectures, and providing industry-specific solutions.
  • Experience with Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, packet capture and analysis, Layer 4 and 7 troubleshooting techniques, network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English.
  • Willingness to be on-call during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
