We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
2. Track customer demands and bug fixes, cooperate with the product team to optimize products.
3. Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers prevent potential risks in critical systems.
4. Maintain system stability and ensure customer systems are operational and reliable.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
2. Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
4. Knowledge of cloud architecture, Linux/Windows OS, and network protocols.
5. Experience with network troubleshooting, packet analysis, CDN, SLB, and related tools.
6. Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English, capable of working in both languages.
8. Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
