We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and resolve issues for customers, including troubleshooting, event management, and technical support.
  • Track key demands and bugs for customers, collaborating with the product team to optimize products.
  • Utilize Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate risks in critical systems.
  • Maintain system stability by providing solutions and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize cloud architectures.
  • Knowledge of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong technical support skills in systems and networks, capable of resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, capable of working in both languages.
  • Availability for on-call duty during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
