We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • In charge of providing technical support and resolving issues for customers. Including but not limited to daily technical troubleshooting, event managements and other technical supports.
  • As a technical support engineer, track the key demands and bug fix for customers, and cooperate with product team to promote product optimization.
  • Using Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in their critical systems, and provide solutions for maintaining system stability, ensuring that the customer's system is stable.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related field.
  • Experience in the cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in development and operations (DevOps), service support, or solution architecture. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Familiar with optimizing cloud-based business architectures and providing vertical industry-specific solutions. Capable of assisting customers in designing and implementing technology architectures in cloud environments.
  • Understanding of Linux / Windows operating systems and their operation and maintenance; proficient in computer networks and the TCP / IP protocol suite. Experienced in packet capture and analysis, familiar with Layer 4 and Layer 7 troubleshooting techniques. Has hands-on experience in diagnosing and maintaining network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong technical support skills in both system and network domains, capable of resolving complex technical issues in these areas.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages as working languages."
  • Availability for on-call duty during non-working hours (with time off in lieu)
