We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support and resolving customer issues, including daily troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
  • Tracking key demands and bug fixes from customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
  • Using Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks in critical systems.
  • Providing solutions to maintain system stability and ensure customer system reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
  • Experience with Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP, packet analysis, and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
