We are currently seeking a Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including daily troubleshooting, event management, and other technical support tasks.
  2. Track key demands and bug fixes for customers, collaborating with the product team to promote product optimization.
  3. Use Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers avoid potential risks, and provide solutions to maintain system stability, ensuring system reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with a background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of optimizing cloud-based architectures and providing industry-specific solutions.
  • Ability to assist customers in designing and implementing cloud architectures.
  • Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with network diagnostics, latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong technical support skills in system and network domains.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
