We are currently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team and collaborate with a multinational technology company focused on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and resolve customer issues, including troubleshooting, event management, and other technical assistance.
  • Track key demands and bugs for customers, and cooperate with the product team to promote product optimization.
  • Utilize Alibaba Cloud inspection and diagnosis tools to help customers mitigate potential risks in critical systems.
  • Maintain system stability and provide solutions to ensure reliable system operation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
  • Experience in cloud computing or IT industry, with background in DevOps, service support, or solution architecture.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud architecture optimization and industry-specific solutions.
  • Ability to design and implement cloud technology architectures.
  • Understanding of Linux/Windows OS, computer networks, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Experience with packet capture, analysis, and troubleshooting network latency, packet loss, CDN, and SLB products.
  • Strong support skills in system and network domains.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • Availability for on-call duties during non-working hours with time off in lieu.
