Job Description:
We are seeking experienced FREELANCE Traders passionate about negotiation and success to join our team at Burani Interfood Bulgaria EOOD.
Important: We want to clarify the role of a Trader to avoid misunderstandings. A Trader must:
- Understand the business and value each customer and supplier.
- Negotiate prices to close deals.
- Understand and anticipate customer/supplier needs.
- Manage relationships with autonomy and professionalism.
- Close deals and meet budget goals, earning bonuses.
- Earn approximately 35% of the profits from their deals.
Unlike data entry or back-office roles, Traders actively create business opportunities and revenue.
Note: We seek HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TRADER candidates aiming for significant bonuses. Top Traders can earn over €6,000/month, with no earning cap, as bonuses are a percentage of profits generated.

Responsibilities as a Freelance Trader:
- Develop and grow a diversified portfolio of customers and suppliers.
- Exceed sales targets through new customer acquisition and relationship building.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through coordinated sales activities.
- Meet and surpass weekly/monthly KPIs.
- Build internal relationships and stay informed on market trends.
- Identify growth opportunities via lead follow-up and research.
- Engage with potential clients to understand needs and offer solutions.
- Secure new deals and maintain existing relationships.
- Generate and qualify leads to ensure pipeline quality.
- Negotiate and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
- Multilingual: Fluent in SPANISH / GERMAN / SERBIAN / CROATIAN / CZECH / SLOVAK; C1+ in English/Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Ambitious and driven sales enthusiast.
- Excellent communicator across various channels.
- Skilled at networking and relationship building.
