Huspy is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Madrid to support the internal consulting team focusing on supply management and operational analysis. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in consulting or analytics and strong proficiency in SQL.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, business operations, analytics, or strategy.
• Previous experience in consulting or highly analytical roles in startups/scale-ups.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in-depth analysis of real estate supply and performance.
• Provide analytical support to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Design and maintain operational dashboards using SQL.
• Identify improvement opportunities across the supply funnel.
• Measure impact of growth initiatives and optimize data-driven decisions.
