We are looking for a Supply Chain & Warehouse Responsible for the management of logistics flows, including purchasing, transportation, and warehousing within the company.

As a Supply Chain and Warehouse Responsible, you will be fully responsible for the management of the logistics flows, including purchasing, transporting, and warehousing in the company.

You will ensure the logistic area works with the proper quality and development with a continuous improvement following quality standards. The role is crucial to drive efficiency between the engineering department, production, and post-production.

Role & Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Planning

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans, defining steps, timelines, and milestones within the supply chain.
  • Optimize inventory to minimize stockouts and excess inventory costs.
  • Maintain a close relationship with engineering and production to ensure effective and efficient material flow.
  • Support the group lead in logistic operations worldwide.

Quality Assurance

  • Develop and execute robust suppliers’ quality controls (to be aligned with ISO9001).
  • Continuous improvement in materials supplied to reduce defects and increase quality.
  • Escalate supply risks appropriately and timely.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain performance.
  • Continuous consistency checks and adjustments of current materials and planning parameters.
  • Generate reports for the manager to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Tools

  • Support the software team to add new features and fix issues in the in-house ERP development.
  • Update documentation in the company document manager.
  • Introduce related best practices and emerging technologies in the department.

Warehousing

  • Reception of material and correct storage in the warehouse.
  • Inventory control for in / out material (keep ERP up to date).
  • Prepare orders for production following the assembly timeline.

Qualifications and Skills :

Technical Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (other qualifications will be considered).
  • 2 years of experience in planning and supply chain functions (ideally in the high-tech industry).
  • Experience in execution management in supply chain, preferably international trade.
  • Demonstrate expertise in large projects with strong capabilities in cost and value control.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar project management and issue tracking tools.
  • Capability of learning company procedures and adapting to new technologies.
  • Experience in warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Strong ERP knowledge and usability.
  • Good skills in Microsoft Office package.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Other languages are a plus.
  • Driving license B is a must.

Location

Position in San Cristóbal de la Laguna (Tenerife, Spain), with no possibility of doing it anywhere else.
