Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute the monthly supply planning cycle, including creating and updating supply plans, and incorporating input from relevant stakeholders.
2. Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and meet annual targets.
3. Conduct regular inventory security checks and develop strategies to mitigate supply risks.
4. Prepare supply planning inputs for the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget.
5. Create and monitor supply KPIs, using them to drive improvement initiatives.
6. Ensure supply plans are accurately entered into SAP IBP and SAP ECC systems, and used to inform capacity planning.
7. Maintain all supply-related data and parameters in relevant systems.
8. Lead, coach, and mentor the supply planning team.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CPIM/APICS certification preferred.
• Extensive experience in end-to-end supply chain management, project management, and operations.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and supply planning best practices.
• Prior people management experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in analysis, root cause analysis, and MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced user of SAP R/3 MM and PP modules; experience with Business Intelligence systems.
• Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
• Experience in operational excellence, lean manufacturing, and GMP in the pharmaceutical industry.
