Join us as an RRP Digital Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping the digital ecosystem strategy for Reduced-Risk Products (RRP), delivering a seamless omnichannel consumer experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for mapping the RRP consumer journey, identifying and optimizing brand touchpoints across the top of the funnel, and driving consumer conversion. From crafting engaging digital campaigns to seamlessly connecting offline and online channels, you’ll develop impactful activities that attract, engage, and convert consumers, fueling the future growth of JTI’s RRP business. Your expertise in digital performance analytics will be key, as you continuously analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into strategic recommendations.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role—you’ll work closely with team members managing different funnel stages, as well as cross-functional teams (RRP, Strategy & Insights, Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales) to refine and execute the optimal digital consumer experience strategy.

What will you do – responsibilities :

  • Collaborate on the implementation of the digital brand marketing strategy by defining and translating brand requirements into digital & CRM objectives and activities, as well as monitoring and reporting on performance.
  • Implement the digital consumer acquisition strategy to grow the consumer base via e-commerce, SEO, and other digital channels. Drive digital campaign briefs and objectives, and lead digital planning sessions to achieve marketing goals.
  • Provide clear guidance to agencies to maximize awareness and trial across the consumer journey. Translate digital activities into business metrics and act as a go-to expert. Must have experience managing various agencies, from creative to technical development.
  • Ensure strong consumer data knowledge by developing solid content plans and continuous optimization. Analyze and interpret data to drive online strategies, maximizing sales and consumer data growth.
  • Define and translate brand requirements into CRM objectives and activities. Ensure all digital channel requirements align with the overall brand direction, applying clear objectives and strategic frameworks to support both short- and long-term goals.

Who are we looking for – requirements :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Marketing / Advertisement / CRM / Digital.
  • A specialized master’s in Digital Marketing is a plus.
  • Around 5 years of relevant experience in building brand fundamentals through an omnichannel consumer journey, focusing on online channels. Preferable industries : FMCG, Tobacco, tech first companies or digital agencies.
  • Knowledge of marketing technology and local application of digital consumer acquisition & conversion strategies.
  • SEO campaign implementation, online display strategies to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
  • Experience integrating offline channels and initiatives to create a cohesive omnichannel experience.
  • Experience in planning and managing Direct-To-Consumer, CRM, Social Media, SEO, UX / UI and consumer data collection.
  • Proficiency in managing the digital landscape of a brand, including monitoring and management of online marketing policies internally and externally.
  • Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills. Portuguese is a plus.
