NTT DATA BPO in Spain is seeking a Financial & Contract Operations Specialist with a sharp analytical mindset to work with numbers, financial data and Excel in an international environment. You’ll analyse data, support cost estimations and forecasts, prepare contractual and financial documentation, and collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting.

A completed university degree in Economics/Finance or related field, strong English (B2+/C1), and advanced Excel skills are

• Strong numerical and analytical skills with focus on financial data.
• Advanced Excel: formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data consolidation.
• Experience in financial analysis, controlling, cost analysis or contract management.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse and consolidate financial and contractual data using Excel.
• Support cost estimations, forecasts, price calculations and financial assessments.
• Prepare and review contractual and financial documentation.
• Process and verify invoices, costs and supporting financial information.
• Support price indexation and other contract-related financial calculations.
• Extract, clean and analyse data to prepare KPIs and management information.
• Support financial audits, compliance activities and documentation reviews.
• Prepare Task Orders and assess financial/contractual offers.
• Monitor data quality and ensure consistency across tools/reporting.
• Assist procurement and subcontractor activities and engage with stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Financial & Contract Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest in working with numbers, financial data and Excel.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing data, understanding costs, working with financial and contractual information, and turning complex datasets into clear and reliable outputs. You’ll work in an international environment, so strong English communication skills are essential.

What you’ll bring:

• Completed university degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+/C1), with the confidence to participate actively in meetings and communicate with international stakeholders.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a genuine interest in financial data, costs and quantitative analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including working confidently with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data consolidation and large datasets.
• Experience in areas such as financial analysis, controlling, cost analysis, contract operations, procurement or commercial/contract management.
• Ability to work accurately with financial and contractual information and identify inconsistencies or discrepancies.
• Experience in cost estimation, forecasting, price indexation, financial audits, risk assessment or international environments will be highly valued.
• Any knowledge or practical experience with AI tools, automation or AI-assisted data analysis will be considered a plus.

• Participate in meetings with international stakeholders and contribute to the preparation and follow-up of relevant documentation.
