About the Role

As a Supply Chain Consultant & Solutions Manager - LLP , you will lead 4PL solution design activities during Lead Logistics Partnership pursuits. Your focus will be on developing compelling LLP proposals through the Originate-to-Distribute process, identifying supply chain optimization potential, operational process design, organization design, and cost modeling. Projects may be European or global, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, SMEs, and local peers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design logistics transport strategies and other supply chain solutions based on project scope.
• Conduct supply chain baseline analysis and re-engineering, including modeling optimal transportation networks.
• Identify and quantify supply chain optimization levers (E2E).
• Map and re-engineer supply chain processes.
• Design LLP organization structures.
• Develop sustainable supply chain solutions, considering factors like carbon footprint and multi-modal optimization.
• Support business case development and transition activities to operations.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Mathematics.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics or solution design roles.
• Strong analytical skills, data manipulation, and scenario modeling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Project management and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of transport network design tools is desirable.
• Experience across multiple divisions is a plus but not essential.
