Job summary

Biobest España is seeking a Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager for Iberia, covering Spain and Portugal. You will lead a high-performing team, coordinate demand/supply planning, and ensure availability and superior service across the region.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with international teams to enhance service delivery. Location in La Mojonera (Almería) or nearby is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain, logistics or customer service leadership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
• Willing to reside in La Mojonera (Almería) or nearby.

At Biobest, we are looking for a talented and motivated Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager to join our Iberian organisation. This is an opportunity to drive operational efficiency, strengthen customer service and support our continued growth across Spain and Portugal.

Your Role

• Lead and develop a collaborative, high-performing team.


• Oversee demand and supply planning, inventory management, warehousing and logistics.


• Ensure product availability, efficient order fulfilment and excellent customer service.


• Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.


• Collaborate with local and international teams to improve service delivery.

Who Are We Looking For?

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service Operations or related leadership roles.


• Strong organisational, analytical and people-management skills.


• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP S/4HANA.


• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for teamwork.


• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) , a level test will be done. Portuguese is an advantage.
