Your mission will be to develop effective advertising strategies, drive our company's growth, and maximize the performance of our campaigns.

We are looking for a supply chain analyst who will be responsible for all types of logistic activities and can work remotely from anywhere of Spain. As supply chain analyst you will be a central point of contact for various supply chain activities. You will actively steer your responsible suppliers and customers to make sure there is a constant availability of material. You will work in an international environment, with various departments on a global scale.

What you will do
  • Manage all logistic operations including all logistic assets to ensure timely and cost-effective materials availability for all families, considering a wide range of influences.
  • Monitoring of operational parts procurement as well as operational pre-processes e.g. quality approval process, packaging/load carrier and purchasing.
  • Ensure correct master data parametrization for correct forecasting and order placement.
  • Key Account for your own portfolio of suppliers as well for the internal and external, direct and indirect stakeholders.
  • Critical Parts Management for urgent cases.
  • Preventive Risk management and steering.
  • Initiate and perform cross-site demand and capacity management by participating in demand and capacity boards.
  • Work closely with higher management and supplier developers in sever bottleneck situations, whole steering and moderating meetings with the suppliers in escalation mode.

We require:

  • University degree in Logistic or Business Administration.
  • Negotiation skills at first stage with supplier.
  • 2 Years of experience in supply chain activities.
  • Conflict and analytical resolution skills.
  • Resilience and flexibility outside of standard processes.
  • Confident in decision-making.
  • Detailed logistic and technical knowledge.
  • Independent way of working with a strong ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent Business English skills verbal and written are necessary.
  • MS package skills and other IT systems like SAP.
  • High social competence.
