Position: Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a professional to join us as a Supply Chain Analyst at our current plant in Mataro. The location will move within a few months to our new plant in La Llagosta.

The role's purpose is to evaluate and verify production implementation possibilities. It is the initial step in building an optimal and accurate production plan by balancing demand and capacity. Strong knowledge or ability to understand ERP/SAP systems with PP modules is required to optimize production.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Create the Bill of Material and Product Routing; verify technical drawings to ensure all products meet quality standards.
2. Extract production data from SAP to update and monitor production status, identify risks of stoppages due to material shortages, quality issues, or technical problems.
3. Manage receiving and organizing materials in the warehouse to ensure efficient movement.
4. Analyze warehouse data such as inventory levels, safety stock, reorder points, and FIFO processes to meet customer demands effectively.
5. Collaborate with other teams (CSR, Sales, Production) to implement projects and streamline workflows.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements:

1. 5-8 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain within an industrial environment.
2. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
3. Good communication skills, proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in English (reading and writing); strong communication skills are a plus.
5. Knowledge of SAP PP modules is advantageous.
6. Experience in warehouse management, machinery, cutting tools, or accounting is a plus.
