• Verification of Stock at Vendor, identification of gaps and their root causes
• Performing regular distant inventories (normal and rolling)
• Analysis of the inventory and scraps data and sharing recommendations with the client
• Analysis of the replenishment requests
• Stock updates in the system
• Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
• Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
• Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities

Location: Łódź, Poland [hybrid]


Key responsibilities:

• Verification of Stock at Vendor, identification of gaps and their root causes

Requirements:

• Excellent command of French
• Good English
• Experience in Supply Chain or logistics would be an additional asset
• Knowledge of SAP would be an additional asset

• Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
• Problem solving and analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Team player
• Willingness to work in Łódź, Poland (hybrid mode)
