Key Responsibilities:

  1. Citizenship or Work Permit is required.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in line with POP MART's brand vision and business goals, ensuring a consistent approach across PR, commercial marketing, and product marketing.
  3. Brand Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of POP MART's brand identity, ensuring it remains consistent and appealing to the target audience.
  4. Public Relations: Drive PR efforts by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media, influencers, and partners. Develop PR campaigns that generate positive media coverage and enhance brand visibility.
  5. Media: Continue to develop brand-focused social media to ensure maximum customer engagement.
  6. Product Marketing: Lead product marketing efforts, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities. Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment with market trends and customer demands.
  7. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  8. Budget Management: Effectively manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives and a strong return on investment.
  9. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats, adapting marketing strategies accordingly.
  10. Reporting and Analysis: Establish KPIs and performance metrics for marketing initiatives. Create regular reports on campaign effectiveness and use data insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) in leadership roles in marketing, preferably in the retail sector.
  3. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  4. Demonstrated success in creating and leading high-performing marketing teams.
  5. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and data-driven approach.
  6. Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  8. Excellent knowledge of Italian; knowledge of Chinese and English is a plus.
