An established industry player is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to enhance its RPO Talent Acquisition team. This role, based in vibrant Barcelona, involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on direct sourcing and fostering diversity. You will be pivotal in creating effective recruitment strategies, engaging with hiring managers, and ensuring a premium candidate experience. The ideal candidate will bring extensive recruitment experience, particularly in the Life Sciences sector, and possess excellent skills in stakeholder management and data reporting. Formación

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our RPO Talent Acquisition team with one of Korn Ferry’s Global Pharmaceutical clients.

Based out of Barcelona and working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients, as well as client management.

The successful Senior Recruiter will be asked to carry out the following duties:

  1. Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle for several key and high-profile business areas, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and diversity.
  2. Involved in creating various strategies to ensure maximum, successful output.
  3. Maintaining and creating relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  4. Discuss relevant recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
  5. Utilise all available direct sourcing tools to ensure a quality candidate pipeline.
  6. Actively source candidates and build candidate talent pools.
  7. Be a ‘recruitment best practice’ champion into the business.
  8. Support and deliver on the overall service delivery targets.
  9. Provide information to Hiring Managers regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks.
  10. Maintain critical metrics and promote the highest data integrity within reporting.

The Senior Recruiter will have the following skills:

  1. Experience within the Recruitment / RPO field / Agency.
  2. Experience in hiring within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals industry.
  3. Ambassador for premium candidate experience through professional recruitment practices.
  4. IT Literate with MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word etc.).
  5. Experience interpreting data and reporting.
  6. Promote process excellence.
  7. Strives for process innovation and high-performance working.
  8. Shown team working capability.
  9. Excellent stakeholder and networking skills.
  10. Ability to be involved in a wide range of talent acquisition projects.
  11. Fluency in Spanish & English.
