As our Account Manager, you’ll be part of a driven team of 17 colleagues, all supporting each other as we expand our services globally. You will be responsible for managing relationships with our suppliers, ensuring we maintain strong, lasting partnerships, especially in Spanish and Portuguese-speaking markets. Your role will involve sourcing top-quality services, finding innovative solutions, and expanding our network of ground transportation providers. Exploring new markets with precision and insight is second nature to you; you’ve done it before, and you’re ready to do it again.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own Your Portfolio: Take charge of a dynamic portfolio of suppliers within your assigned regions. You’ll be the driving force behind negotiating and optimizing supply costs, ensuring top-notch quality, and securing availability from our partners.
  • Build & Grow Partnerships: Lead the way in acquiring, selecting, and training new partners as we expand into both existing and emerging markets. Your expertise will help shape our partner network and ensure its success.
  • Launch New Markets: Be at the forefront of launching new markets in your designated regions. You’ll be instrumental in setting the stage for our growth and success in these areas.
  • Stay Ahead on Compliance: Keep your markets legally compliant by staying on top of the latest requirements and ensuring all activities align with regulations.
  • Market Insights: Gather and analyse market intelligence on our partners and suppliers. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping our strategies and staying ahead of the competition.

Key Skills:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar field or role.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with resilience and a drive to close every deal.
  • Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and effective time management.
