Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and building strong supplier relationships? Join our dynamic team as a Supplier Engineer and play a pivotal role in enhancing our procurement processes and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier alignment with company goals.
• Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments.
• Manage supplier quality issues and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement and maintain supplier management systems and databases.
• Participate in new product development projects from a supplier perspective.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supplier management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in supplier management software and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with global sourcing and international supplier management.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
