In our Supplier Integration department in Palma, we are seeking a Supplier Connectivity Agent to support the team in growing and operating efficiently. The role involves acting as a bridge between stakeholders, analyzing processes, exploring improvements, and leading departments in integrating new solutions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Resolve supplier connectivity petitions and implement best practices.
  • Provide general application and process support for daily tasks.
  • Lead new projects, ensuring smooth stakeholder and technology connections.
  • Analyze systems for efficiency improvements.
  • Coordinate user training and process optimization activities.
  • Create and maintain operational and training documentation.
