Supervisor Operations (Remote)

Full time, Europe

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a travel consultant team, including managing key performance indicators (KPIs), workload, providing assistance, and coaching. As the Operations Supervisor, you will also be the primary point of contact for team members and actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed all performance targets.

As a Supervisor Operations, you will

1. Provide leadership to a team of travel consultants
2. Collaborate with performance data to maximize team effectiveness
3. Develop learning programs to address short- and long-term competency gaps
4. Provide clients with industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties
5. Maintain knowledge of regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)
6. Monitor GDS queues daily to maintain quality control

About You

• Extensive experience in corporate travel management
• Relevant supervising experience
• Advanced skills in GDS Sabre
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
