Formación

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury, high fashion sales.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.

As a Supervisor for one of our brands in Barcelona, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, representing the vision of our brand through personal and team performance to empower achieving personal and store goals through coaching and leading the team. Your role is to maximize profitable sales whilst ensuring KPI’s and guidelines are delivered. You have exceptional communication skills, and as a team player, you collaborate with a positive approach to challenge, run, and operate an efficient store which represents the brand's image.

Job responsibilities

Brand Ambassador

  • Excite and instill passion and pride for the brand
  • Embody the brand image for customers and the store team and have a strong understanding of the brand DNA
  • Lead by example and demonstrate role model behavior that is always representative of the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines

General Store VM / Client Management

  • Lead the team of Sales Ambassadors to ensure they prioritize exceptional customer experiences to drive loyalty and repeat business both in store and through Virtual Shopping
  • Ensure Jet Set Ambassadors maintain client communication using all available clienteling tools
  • Proactively manage client database to increase sales
  • Maintain floor presence and lead by example through elevated customer experience and Service Leading
  • Provide coaching and support to assist Sales Ambassadors in resolving customer service issues, empowering teams to make decisions in the customer’s best interest
  • Reflect the visual merchandising guidelines promoting the brand image
  • Enhance customer service standards in store to ensure the best client journey

Sales / Business Monitoring

  • Welcome all clients to ensure they feel comfortable and educate them about the brand
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, holding self and team accountable for results
  • Analyze reports and develop action plans to meet or exceed expectations
  • Track and communicate business results and opportunities, driving sales and product knowledge
  • Ensure sales and unit goals and all relevant KPIs are set for Sales Ambassadors and communicated effectively. Build and maintain relationships with them
  • Introduce additional complementary products targeted to your clients and share product knowledge to drive sales and targets
  • Process sales confidently and professionally, gathering client CRM details to enlarge your client book
  • Keep up to date with fashion trends to improve product knowledge
  • Research all product lines to stay informed
  • Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed
  • Support store maintenance, auditing, and stock takes to align with brand standards
  • Prioritize loss prevention, taking quick action on early indications of loss, collaborating with management and head office
  • Assist in training and developing the store team and onboarding new joiners
  • Provide feedback to support performance evaluation and improvement of team members
  • Ensure grooming and image standards align with brand policy and all policies are adhered to
  • Lead the team through morning briefings, objective setting, training, and coaching with the UK Retail Manager
  • Create team spirit, motivate, and drive the team to increase sales and efficiency, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
  • Supervise staff in operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and returns
  • Manage daily business needs and administrative tasks

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury, high fashion sales
  • Experience in selling RTW / LG
  • Passion for fashion and sales
  • Committed to achieving and exceeding targets with a focus on client needs and experience
  • Excellent personal presentation as a LVMH Brand Ambassador
  • Understanding of Retail KPIs
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
