Celsius in Barcelona is seeking a PTP Supervisor to strengthen operational control within the PTP function. This hybrid role requires onsite in our Barcelona office 3 days a week and reports to the PTP Manager to ensure continuity in leadership and execution.

You will act as the main contact for PTP Specialists, own issue resolution, define and monitor SLAs, coordinate with Procurement and vendors, and provide weekly reports to senior management.

• Experience supporting PTP specialists and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance and Vendors.
• Proven track record of resolving issues within defined SLAs and driving root-cause analyses.

Role PurposeAs part of the evolution of the PTP function within Celsius entities, the PTP Supervisor role is established to strengthen operational control, improve issue resolution, and enhance team coordination. This position reports directly to the PTP Manager and acts as a key support and backup, ensuring continuity in leadership while taking ownership of operational execution, payment processes, and issue resolution across the PTP function. The PTP Supervisor will serve as the main point of contact for PTP Specialists, driving accountability, ensuring process compliance, and leading resolution of operational challenges.

• Please note:
• Salary range (50,000 - 52,000) is in Euros per year
• This is a hybrid role, requiring to be onsite at our Barcelona office 3x days per week

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership & Team Support

• Act as first point of contact for all PTP Specialists for operational queries and escalations
• Provide day-to-day guidance and ensure proper task prioritization
• Support workload coordination across the team
• Act as backup to the PTP Manager when required

Issue Resolution Ownership & SLA Management

• Take full ownership of PTP issue resolution across all vendors
• Act when PTP Specialists are unable to resolve issues (e.g., price or quantity mismatches)
• Act as primary coordinator with Procurement, business stakeholders, and vendors to unblock issues
• Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs for issue resolution, taking ownership of and driving resolution for issues not solved within agreed timelines
• Ensure timely resolution and proper documentation of issues
• Provide structured weekly reporting to PTP Manager and senior management on open and overdue issues, root causes, action plans and resolution timelines

Vendor Ownership

• Act as escalation point for complex or high-impact vendor issues
• Ensure proper follow-up and resolution of critical cases

Payment Execution & Cash Out Management

• Own the weekly payment proposal process, including review, validation and execution of payments in Microsoft Dynamics GP or other applicable ERP systems (AP connect and manual payments)
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal controls and approval matrix prior to payment execution
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve blocking issues prior to payment execution

Supplier Onboarding & Controls

• Oversee supplier onboarding ensuring compliance with established controls and procedures
• Validate accuracy and completeness of vendor master data
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements, and segregation of duties

Blackline & Accounts Payable Review

• Act as reviewer of AP Blackline reconciliations and controls
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely closure of AP-related tasks
• Ensure no aged or unexplained balances remain open without action plan
• Identify discrepancies, aged items, and potential issues, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
• Provide monthly reporting to PTP manager and senior management on open items and actions plans

Process Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure consistent application of PTP processes across the team
• Promote best practices and standardization across Celsius entities
• Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements
• Drive implementation of enhancements in tools, workflows, and controls

Role Positioning

• Acts as the operational bridge between PTP Specialists and P2P Manager
• Responsible for day-to-day operational control and issue resolution
• Escalates to P2P Manager with proposed solutions when required
