Celsius in Barcelona is seeking a PTP Supervisor to strengthen operational control within the PTP function. This hybrid role requires onsite in our Barcelona office 3 days a week and reports to the PTP Manager to ensure continuity in leadership and execution.

You will act as the main contact for PTP Specialists, own issue resolution, define and monitor SLAs, coordinate with Procurement and vendors, and provide weekly reports to senior management.

Formación

• Experience supporting PTP specialists and managing day-to-day operations.
• Strong ability to orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Procurement, Finance and Vendors.
• Proven track record of resolving issues within defined SLAs and driving root-cause analyses.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for PTP Specialists for queries and escalations.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and ensure task prioritization across the team.
• Support workload coordination and act as backup to the PTP Manager when needed.
• Take ownership of PTP issue resolution across vendors and ensure timely closure.
