Une entreprise innovante recherche une personne pour rejoindre le Groupe de Recherche sur les Biomarqueurs du Cancer (GReBiC). Le candidat participera à un projet axé sur la recherche de biomarqueurs diagnostiques dans le liquide pleural pour le cancer du poumon. Des tâches variées incluent la culture cellulaire, l’analyse moléculaire, et la préparation de présentations scientifiques.

Formación

• Compétences en culture cellulaire et techniques de biologie moléculaire.
• Expérience en analyse de données publiques.
• Capacité à préparer des présentations et des affiches de résultats.

Responsabilidades

• Effectuer des cultures cellulaires et des transfections.
• Réaliser des analyses telles que qRT-PCR et Western Blot.
• Préparer des présentations de résultats.

Descripción del empleo

The selected person will join the Cancer Biomarkers Research Group (GReBiC), within the research line Pleural reservoir : search for diagnostic biomarkers in pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural reservoir secondary to lung cancer; search for biomarkers of response to immunotherapy in pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural reservoir secondary to lung cancer; and search for therapeutic alternatives for patients with pleural reservoir complicated by parapneumonic or empyema. This work is within the framework of the research project PP10760 – "Exosomal short-chain non-coding RNA profiling of pleural fluid for the non-invasive diagnosis of squamous cell lung carcinoma." The main tasks include :

• Cell culture
• Transfections with lipofectamine
• qRT-PCR and Western Blot
• Immunofluorescence, migration assays, cell invasion, and colony formation
• In silico analysis with data from public repositories
• Preparation of presentations and posters of results
• Performing any other tasks entrusted according to training and skills
