Formación

• Compétences en culture cellulaire et techniques moléculaires.
• Capacité à réaliser des analyses in silico.
• Formation en biologie ou domaine connexe.

Responsabilidades

• Réaliser des cultures cellulaires et des transfections.
• Effectuer des tests comme qRT-PCR et Western Blot.
• Préparation de présentations des résultats.

The selected person will join the Cancer Biomarkers Research Group (GReBiC), within the research line Pleural reservoir : search for diagnostic biomarkers in pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural reservoir secondary to lung cancer; search for biomarkers of response to immunotherapy in pleural fluid of patients with malignant pleural reservoir secondary to lung cancer; and search for therapeutic alternatives for patients with pleural reservoir complicated by parapneumonic or empyema. This work is within the framework of the research project PP10760 – "Exosomal short-chain non-coding RNA profiling of pleural fluid for the non-invasive diagnosis of squamous cell lung carcinoma." The main tasks include :

• Cell culture
• Transfections with lipofectamine
• qRT-PCR and Western Blot
• Immunofluorescence, migration assays, cell invasion, and colony formation
• In silico analysis with data from public repositories
• Preparation of presentations and posters of results
• Performing any other tasks entrusted according to training and skills
