Le candidat sera responsable de développer des workflows bioinformatiques et d'appliquer des méthodes statistiques pour optimiser l'analyse des données. Formación

Offer Description

The selected person will join the Lipidomics Core Facility, will support the PP10440 project - OPAL | Optimization of the analysis of Lipidomics data - SCT PLICAT Lipidomica and will perform the following tasks:

Incorporation into the Lipidomic Platform of Catalonia (PLICAT), located at IRBLleida.

• Design, development and validation of bioinformatics workflows for the processing of lipidomic data.
• Application of statistical methods for the extraction of biologically relevant information.
• Implementation of techniques to manage analytical problems such as batch effect, instrumental drift and lost values.
• Creation and adaptation of visualization tools to facilitate the interpretation of results by users of the platform.
• Participation in training and knowledge transfer activities within the project.
