A growing real estate company in Málaga is seeking dynamic individuals to join as listing agents. Responsibilities include acquiring properties, managing selling processes, and employing effective marketing strategies. A commission-based structure offers the potential for high earnings, making it ideal for proactive and motivated candidates.

Formación

  • Experience in real estate sales preferred (not required).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities (English and Eastern European language preferred).

Sunny Costa is a growing real estate company in Spain, dedicated to assisting our clients in selling and buying properties in the most efficient way possible. With a commitment to excellence, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic individuals to join us in this exciting journey, as we are looking to expand our business and be able to service the Eastern European market as well.

Tasks

We are looking for motivated and proactive individuals to join our team as listing agents. In this position, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new properties for sale and helping clients throughout the listing process as well as managing your own buying leads :

  • Identify potential properties for sale through market research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and prospective sellers, as well as potential buyers.
  • Conduct property assessments and provide pricing recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Prepare and present compelling listing presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sellers to create effective marketing strategies for their properties.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate sales or listing is preferred , but not required.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to business development.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities are a definite advantage - English is a must, as well as an Eastern European language such as Polish, Ukrainian, Russian , etc.

Commission structure will be offered, with potential for high earnings based on performance. Please note that there is no fixed salary; the job is 100% commission based.
