About the role

They are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant with strong expertise in Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading end-to-end implementations using SAP Activate methodology and be involved in pre-sales and project management activities. You will guide clients through system deployment and optimization, providing strategic leadership and functional expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and Time Tracking implementations, including Time Sheet and Time Off modules.
• Apply SAP Activate methodology to manage project phases and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients to define business processes and align them with system capabilities.
• Support pre-sales activities, including requirements gathering and solution presentations.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee system configurations, testing, and issue resolution.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for client teams and end-users.
• Document project progress, change requests, and opportunities for enhancements.

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, HR, or related field.
• 3-5 years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, including Payroll, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Time Tracking modules.
• Proven experience as a Lead Consultant in SuccessFactors implementations.
• Experience with SAP Activate methodology and project management.
• Presales experience is highly desirable.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, or related modules are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in virtual, cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented mindset.
