Overview
We are seeking an
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant
to join our global implementation team for the final phase of a major rollout. This 17-week, fully remote contract offers experienced EC specialists the chance to troubleshoot, optimize, and document best-practice processes in a collaborative, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities
Post-Go-Live Support:
Provide functional and technical support during the final phase of the SuccessFactors EC rolloutIssue Resolution:
Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, system gaps, and configuration errorsStakeholder Collaboration:
Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify continuous-improvement opportunitiesKnowledge Transfer & Documentation:
Create clear user guides, configuration documentation, and “how-to” materials for administrators and end usersAutonomous Delivery:
Operate independently in a fully remote setup, proactively managing tasks and driving project momentumRequired Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consultingImplementations:
At least one complete full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation (design, build, test, deploy)Technical Proficiency:
Configuration of Foundation Objects, Job Structure, Position Management, Workflows, and Business RulesAnalytical Mindset:
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend scalable solutionsRemote Collaboration:
Proven ability to deliver results autonomously in a 100% remote environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams/ZoomCommunication:
