Overview We are seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to join our global implementation team for the final phase of a major rollout. This 17-week, fully remote contract offers experienced EC specialists the chance to troubleshoot, optimize, and document best-practice processes in a collaborative, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-Go-Live Support : Provide functional and technical support during the final phase of the SuccessFactors EC rollout
- Issue Resolution : Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues, system gaps, and configuration errors
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather feedback and identify continuous-improvement opportunities
- Knowledge Transfer & Documentation : Create clear user guides, configuration documentation, and “how-to” materials for administrators and end users
- Autonomous Delivery : Operate independently in a fully remote setup, proactively managing tasks and driving project momentum
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience : Minimum 2 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) consulting
- Implementations : At least one complete full-lifecycle SuccessFactors EC implementation (design, build, test, deploy)
- Technical Proficiency : Configuration of Foundation Objects, Job Structure, Position Management, Workflows, and Business Rules
- Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze system behavior and recommend scalable solutions
- Remote Collaboration : Proven ability to deliver results autonomously in a 100% remote environment using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Teams / Zoom
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear knowledge transfer and stakeholder engagement
