About the Role

We’re hiring a Junior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant on behalf of a growing international consultancy delivering SAP HXM solutions across Europe. This role offers the chance to work across multiple clients and SuccessFactors modules —providing support and optimisation assistance.

You’ll gain exposure to different environments and technologies while helping clients run their HR systems efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and configuration across SuccessFactors modules
• Drive system improvements, enhancements, and issue resolution
• Collaborate with client teams to optimise HR processes
• Document requirements, changes, and solutions
• Work across multiple clients in a dynamic, remote-first team

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years' experience in SuccessFactors

Hands-on Employee Central experience

Additional SuccessFactors modular skills welcome - e.g Time Tracking, People Analytics

Strong communication and client-facing skills

Motivated, organised, and eager to learn

SuccessFactors certification is a bonus
