Formación

  • 15+ years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance, and reliability.
  • Proven experience in developing procedures, audit protocols, and KPIs.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are beneficial.

What will you do?

As a Subject Matter Expert / Senior Operations Consultant specializing in Asset Integrity Management, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Reliability, you will lead workstreams within broader transformation programs. Your role involves designing and implementing effective solutions, establishing and maintaining robust Asset Integrity Management programs, and building organizational capabilities to sustain performance.

You should have strong expertise in mechanical reliability across various equipment classes, and experience in integrity management of industrial plants, especially related to process safety management and safety/reliability performance optimization. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving consulting engagements in integrated Asset Integrity Management.
  • Assessing and improving asset integrity management practices across various scopes such as quality assurance, maintenance strategies, inspection & testing, repair, work management, codes and standards, competence management, reliability engineering, root cause analysis, etc.
  • Overseeing and analyzing data to improve asset reliability.
  • Leading client teams through project stages like gap analysis, planning, review, and capability building.
  • Supporting development of Work Management practices to enhance Maintenance and Reliability performance.
  • Identifying and implementing risk reduction initiatives and improvement projects.
  • Creating and updating technical documentation.
  • Providing on-site advisory regarding health-monitoring systems.
  • Communicating progress to stakeholders and proactively managing risks.
  • Contributing to proposals and supporting client meetings and presentations.
  • Participating in industry networks and coaching junior colleagues.
Who are you?

You should possess:

  • An engineering degree (preferably mechanical), with a master's degree as an advantage.
  • Eligibility for professional engineering registration, with current registration preferred.
  • Knowledge of recognized engineering standards (e.g., ASME, API, NACE).
  • At least 15 years of experience in asset integrity, maintenance, and reliability, especially in hazardous industries like oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, or metals.
  • Proven experience in developing procedures, audit protocols, KPIs, and governance mechanisms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
  • Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%).

This role is remote-based and can be located in Spain, UK, France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, or Switzerland.
