We are seeking a Subcontract Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control subcontracting activities and maintain comprehensive relationships with subcontractors across all project areas.
• Analyze project scopes, tenders, pricing, and oversee subcontracting from inception to completion.
• Handle subcontract certifications and monitor tasks in coordination with other departments.
• Manage scope changes, record change orders (COs), and ensure effective communication and certification of changes.
• Coordinate with Cost Control, Planning, and Quantity Control teams, along with other relevant departments.
• Manage subcontractors for civil, mechanical, and electromechanical works, including machinery rental and additional services, ensuring continuous coordination.
• Ensure client certification compliance and incorporate subsequent contractual changes.
• Handle formal communications, certification follow-up, claims reception, and contract evaluations.
• Administer measurement and certification processes, coordinate with supervision teams, maintain digital records, and generate management indicators.
• Ensure adherence to sector procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in English.
• Extensive experience in refinery, petrochemical, or energy sectors.
• Minimum of 10 years in project management, particularly with subcontractors, covering all project phases.
