Currently, we are seeking a Style Advisor to work 16 hours per week, with availability on weekends, at our flagship store in Barcelona. There is potential to extend to full-time during August.

This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, acting as a brand ambassador for PDPAOLA.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Providing a unique, personalized shopping experience, sharing our brand values and advising on collections.
• Offering premium, exceptional customer service and branding.
• Customer loyalty and image consultancy.
• Supporting store opening and closing procedures.
• Organizing, replenishing stock, and managing inventory.
• Identifying areas for improvement in customer experience and providing feedback.
• Assisting with visual merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
• Following up with customers via calls or messages to encourage repeat visits.
• Reporting customer insights to the Store Manager for product development.
• Supporting event preparation and execution in-store.
• Achieving individual and team objectives.

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in retail sales within fashion, beauty, accessories, or luxury sectors. Jewelry experience is a plus.
• Customer management skills, proactive, positive, flexible, and empathetic.
• Attention to detail and a passion for fashion.
• Availability for 16 hours/week, with potential to extend in August, including weekends.
• High proficiency in English is highly valued.
