Currently, we are seeking a Style Advisor with availability to work 20h/week at our store in Las Rozas Village, Madrid, during July and August.

What will your daily tasks be?

• Provide a unique and personalized shopping experience, sharing our brand values and advising on collections.
• Offer premium and exceptional customer service, ensuring a 360º branding experience as our customers are our greatest treasure.
• Customer loyalty and image advising.
• Support in store opening and closing.
• Assist in daily organization, product replenishment, and inventory control.
• Identify and analyze areas for improvement in customer experience, replenishment, inventory, etc., and give feedback to the Store Manager.
• Support visual merchandising to maintain a premium store environment.
• Follow-up and loyalty building through calls or messages, inviting customers back.
• Report purchase trends and customer needs to the Store Manager for product team insights.
• Participate and support store events and activities.
• Ensure achievement of individual and team objectives.
