We are hiring : Study Tours Advisor – Italian Speaker

Location : Madrid, Spain (on-site)

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:30-17:30 (1-hour lunch break). The selected candidate will be required to work up to 12 Saturdays a year and up to 3 bank holidays.

For over 12 years, AIL Español has welcomed more than 700 school groups to our destinations, offering them the opportunity to learn Spanish and experience cultural immersion in beautiful cities. Since its foundation, the school has experienced continuous growth, now operating three central offices in Madrid with a team of 80 professionals, both teaching and administrative. AIL Español is a dynamic company with an ambitious management team and a high-quality educational offering. We also have schools in Málaga, Valencia, and Barcelona, with plans for further expansion.

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking professional to join our Educational Study Tours Department. The ideal candidate:

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, goal-oriented, and proactive professional. The role requires availability for international travel to expand our network of schools and universities organizing educational study tours with us.

Main Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively expand our presence in different markets, focusing on Italy and France. Identify and contact teachers to introduce them to our programs.
• Sales: Actively promote and sell educational study tours to teachers in primary and secondary schools, as well as study tour agencies. Organize sales meetings with teachers and agencies abroad. Prepare quotes for groups of 10 to 70 students in different locations. Participate in educational fairs for Spanish teachers.
• Programme Development: Design detailed 1-, 2-, and 3-week itineraries for group stays. Coordinate classes, activities, excursions, accommodation, and transportation. Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Care: Assist group leaders and students during their stay in Madrid. Deliver welcome presentations, provide information, and resolve issues professionally. Maintain strong relationships with group leaders to encourage repeat bookings. Support individual clients and teachers at reception.
• Intern Management: Train and supervise interns at AIL Madrid.
• Administration: Maintain and update databases of schools, Spanish teachers, and study tour agencies. Handle invoicing, payments, and certificates. Manage administrative files and create, update, and translate documents. Oversee classroom facilities.
• Marketing: Develop brochures and promotional materials. Manage the Facebook page dedicated to group stays. Organize international sales meetings with teachers and agencies. Collect client reviews and promote AIL through social media. Enhance online presence in key markets.
