éShop Creative Studios is seeking an organized Producer to join our Barcelona studio. You will manage end-to-end production for photo, video, and hybrid content, owning timelines, budgets, talent coordination, and cross-functional communication to ensure on-brief delivery.

The role serves as the operational backbone of shoots, keeping creative teams aligned and workflows running efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Experience with multimedia content creation or project management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs and meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior leadership.
• Experience driving creative strategy and execution in a studio or agency.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end production management for photography, video, and hybrid content across workstreams.
• Build and maintain production schedules, shot lists, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal and freelance talent (photographers, videographers, stylists, HMU, models).
• Manage production budgets, track spend against POs, flag overruns early.
• Serve as primary contact between creative teams, brand stakeholders, and operations.
• Register and maintain projects in centralized tools with accurate data entry and status updates.
• Facilitate pre-production meetings, kick-offs, and post-production reviews.
• Manage asset delivery pipelines to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery.
