Amazon éShop Creative Studios in Barcelona is seeking an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day studio operations. You will coordinate schedules, manage equipment and supplies, and assist production logistics across photography, video, and 3D capture workstreams.

The role requires organization, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and ownership of operational details that enable creative teams to deliver high-volume content. Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in a logistics/operations environment.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities.
• Experience with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent computer skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• 3+ years of experience in studio operations, production coordination, or facilities management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily studio operational readiness across photography bays, video stages, and 3D capture areas.
• Support production logistics including talent check-in, set preparation, prop and wardrobe coordination, and studio turnovers between shoots.
• Maintain studio spaces to health & safety and operational standards, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
• Track and report on studio utilization metrics, flagging capacity risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Contribute to the documentation and continuous improvement of studio SOPs and operational playbooks.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Security teams to resolve studio infrastructure issues.
