As our People Operations Coordinator in Barcelona, you will report to our People Operations Manager in Barcelona and work closely with the Global People Operations Team to build a world-class daily experience for our employees. We seek someone ambitious and optimistic about workplace community. You are an advocate for our global culture, the connections we foster, and the fun we bring to each day! This is a permanent, part-time role with a 20-hour per week schedule.
As an internal influencer and representative of Kodify, you will manage our European offices and employee engagement activities. You will also collaborate on social media strategy, onboarding, and various projects. The ideal candidate loves optimizing spending, fostering culture, and organizing events.
